Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team based at 12 Queens Road, Aberdeen. The main purpose of the role is to manage the reception area, and provide administrative support across the Company. 

Key Work Areas include;

RECEPTION

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls appropriately
Greet visitors and maintain visitor log
Receive and sort incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries
Emergency response reception duties when required

ASSISTANT TO PA to EXECUTIVE TEAM
Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments and stationery
Maintain stock of stationery for building
Maintain stock of refreshments, tea, coffee, water etc. for building

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Support Crewing Department with updating of training records and certificate uploads
Support Crew Payroll with data entry of expense claims etc.
Administration support to Technical, Operations and QHSE Departments as required

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong administrative skills, who is computer literate. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
